AIM HIGH

Some learners are supported through the 'Aim High' after school club.

Activities are planned to develop skills, enable learners to adapt skills in different contexts and take as much responsibility for their own learning as possible. Creativity is encouraged and we aim to provide learning experiences that are meaningful and memorable.

This term children will be:

Experimenting with different recipes to make pancakes.
Booking a family holiday to faraway places on a budget
Taking a tour around the world
Building a local landmark of Hastings using Lego and finding out information about their landmark.

TOGETHER WE AIM HIGH, WORK HARD AND HAVE FUN!

THE BURROW

We are very excited to have a facility at our school where we can run nurture groups and hold music lessons and small booster groups. We have decided to call it The Burrow - a bit like the Weasley house in Harry Potter!

We will be able to offer Lego Therapy, 1:1 and small group counselling, art based therapies such as Drawing and Talking and gardening or cookery based nurture activities.
